In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study,
44 student athletes at Morehouse wore either real LifeWave patches
or placebo patches.
The participants in the LifeWave group experienced a much greater average improvement in repetitions of 225 lb. & 185 lb. bench press
even after an intense 60-minute upper-body workout:
The placebo group experienced an average improvement in repetitions from Monday to Thursday of 4.9%.
